Joe Valentine

Joe Valentine, CPA/CVA, CFE, is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including forensic accounting, audits, and consulting. Currently serving as a Manager at Grimbleby Coleman CPAs, Inc. since March 2021, Joe specializes in helping clients understand and assess the value of their businesses during ownership transitions. Previously, Joe held the position of Senior Manager at EisnerAmper, focusing on forensic accounting for litigation support and economic damages. Other notable roles include Manager at CohnReznick LLP, where oversight of audits for affordable housing and governmental entities took place, and In-Charge Accountant at Goodell Porter Sanchez & Bright, where auditing and tax responsibilities were managed.
