Angela Dumitru

Angela Dumitru has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting field. Angela started their career as an Accountant at OMV Petrom in 1999 and later joined Aareas Interactive Inc. in 2002 as an Accounting Manager. In 2007, they transitioned to Grimco, Inc. where they held various roles including Financial Accountant, Senior Accountant, Controller, and currently serves as the Director of Accounting and Human Resources. Their expertise and experience span over 20 years in the industry.

Angela Dumitru completed an Honors Bachelor Degree in Economics in the field of Business/Commerce at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania. This educational journey took place from 1993 to 1998. Angela also pursued an additional evaluation of equivalence at the University of Toronto in 2002, with a focus on Business. Furthermore, Angela obtained a certification in International Accounting Standards from Arthur Anderson in 1999.
