Grimmé Holdings LLC  is a privately held family investment company established as an umbrella entity for multiple businesses created since 1996.

Founded by Michael Grimmé in 1996, Mr. Grimmé moved to Fort Lauderdale after an 18-year career in the international crude oil trading industry, based in both U.S. and Europe.

His holding company (Grimmé Holdings) has previously owned several Fort Lauderdale based hotels and also a web development business in the past. Mr. Grimmé,and his company AMC Furniture Solutions, have appeared multiple times on the internationally broadcast Travel Channel Reality Show Hotel Impossible. 

Mike frequently lectures at local Universities including Nova and Lynn University on the ups and downs of being an entrepreneur and why a personal life /business life requires frequent balancing.

Since the loss of his son in 2006, the Grimmé family has awarded over 20 college scholarships in the local community in their son’s name.
