David Prado

David Prado is an experienced operations manager currently overseeing the day-to-day operations of Grimmway Farms in the Desert Region since January 2018. Alongside this role, David has served as a production manager at Esterline since March 2000, where responsibilities include implementing cost reduction strategies, applying Lean and continuous improvement techniques, and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators. David holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Redlands and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
