Mike Mendes

Mike Mendes is an experienced agricultural professional currently serving as Land Manager at Grimmway Farms since August 2023. Previously, Mike held the position of Executive Vice President of California Farming Operations at Trinitas Farming from November 2020 to February 2023. Prior to that, Mike was Vice President of Wonderful Bees and Eastside Farming at Wonderful Orchards for over a decade, contributing from April 2010 to November 2020. Mike's career also includes serving as General Manager of Agriculture at Newhall Land and Farming Co, where leadership was provided for a significant 28,000-acre agricultural operation in the Los Angeles and Ventura Counties from August 2005 to April 2010. Additionally, Mike was the Director of Water Resources at Kings River Conservation District from October 2002 to August 2005 and worked as Crop Manager at Woolf Farming & Processing for nearly six years, overseeing diversified farming operations. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Business from California State University, Fresno, and participation in the California Agricultural Leadership Foundation Class 39 from 2009 to 2010.
