Craig Nolan

Craig Nolan is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in education and food service management. Since September 2014, Craig has served as a Catering Tutor at Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education. Concurrently, Craig has been a Tutor for Sodexo Justice Services since August 2012. Prior to these roles, Craig was the Chef Owner at Sage Catering from August 1999 to July 2012 and served as a Chef Tutor at GIFHE between January 1997 and August 1999. Craig also held the position of Head of Catering at South Warwickshire General Hospitals NHS Trust from May 1995 to December 1996, and worked as a Food Service Manager at Spinneys Middle East from October 1993 to May 1995.
