Lucy Ottewell-Key Emba

Lucy Ottewell-Key EMBA has a diverse range of work experience in the education and training sector. Lucy started their career in 2006 as a Placement Advisor before progressing to roles such as Business Development Executive, Senior Partner Consultant, and Employer Engagement Coordinator at Intraining. In 2011, they became the Business Development and Employer Engagement Manager for Intraining, where they led a team to develop solutions and engage with employers across the North of the UK. Lucy then joined Intraining again in 2013 as the Head of Sales for Employment Related Services, supporting the division's employer engagement strategy. Lucy later joined the Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education in 2014 as the Executive Director of Workforce Skills and Partnerships, responsible for managing and growing provision within the institute. During this time, they also served as a Staff Governor, representing the staff and community to support decision making at the board level.
