Kirsten Lees is an accomplished architecture professional with extensive experience in managing roles and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Partner at Grimshaw since July 1997, Kirsten also holds the position of Director at The Equilibrium Network, focusing on promoting gender diversity within the built environment sector since January 2015. Previously, Kirsten worked as a Masterplanner for AELTC in 2011-2012 and as an Architect at Michael Wilford and Associates from 1994 to 1997, contributing to notable projects such as the Estacion Intermodal de Abando in Bilbao and the Lowry Centre in Salford.
