Lars-Martin Berglund has a diverse work experience ranging from positions in research, consultancy, and therapy. Lars-Martin is the founder of GRIN AS since January 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a researcher and human factors consultant at DNV GL from October 2012 to April 2018. Lars-Martin also served as a research coordinator at the University of Oslo / Police University College from May 2012 to August 2012. Furthermore, Lars-Martin worked as an environmental therapist at Vestre Viken HF from August 2009 to May 2012 and at Brusetkollen Sanitetsforening from August 2009 to November 2011. Lars-Martin Berglund completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from NTNU in 2009. Lars-Martin went on to pursue a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Oslo (UiO) from 2010 to 2012.
