Dan Demas

Dan Demas is the Vice President of Revenue Operations at GRIN. Prior to their current role, Dan was the Director of Global Customer Success Strategy and Operations at Cisco from June 2019 to October 2021. Before Cisco, Dan was the Vice President of Customer Success at Pendo.io from March 2017 to June 2019. Dan has also held the role of Vice President, Customer Success at Act-On Software, Inc. from November 2008 to March 2017. In this role, Dan was Act-On's first customer resource and 8th employee. Dan led, nurtured, and scaled a world class global CS organization consisting of CSMs, Technical Support, eLearning, SE's, Professional Services, Onboarding and Customer Experience teams. Prior to Act-On Software, Inc., Dan worked as a Senior Client Service Manager at WebEx from July 2007 to October 2008. In this role, Dan was responsible for growing revenue within 20 strategic accounts which included new customer sales, existing customer awareness campaigns, and re-education of services.

Dan Demas completed a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Technology/Technician from Indiana University Bloomington.

Dan Demas reports to Brandon Brown, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Brian Mechem - President, Chris Hardeman - VP, Sales, and Angela Kinsella - VP, People.
