Indrit Shenaj serves as the General Manager at Grind, a Certified B Corp, overseeing daily operations at the London Bridge location since June 2025. Prior to this role, Indrit held significant positions including Regional Operations Manager at Brother Marcus, managing multiple high-capacity restaurants, and Senior General Manager at The Bosporus UK, where operational improvements led to substantial profit turnaround. Indrit also co-founded Coffee Matters, a specialty coffee shop, and possesses extensive managerial experience in various hospitality establishments.
