Katerina Palaiokosta

Katerina Palaiokosta serves as the Head of Technical at Grind, a Certified B Corp, since February 2024, following a role as Technical Manager. Previously, Katerina worked at Tesco as a Technologist for Beers, Wines & Spirits, and Oils, Vinegars, Canned Food, Pickled Veg & World Foods, where responsibilities included auditing, managing customer complaints, and leading new product development, notably the Tesco Cereal Own Label Reset project. Katerina's experience also includes a position as Specifications Technologist at Sainsbury's, focusing on product specifications and project management, along with an earlier role as Technical Assistant at The Bread Factory, where several new products were successfully launched. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Food Science, Safety and Health from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology from Alexander Educational Technological Institute of Thessaloniki.
