Kyle Lehman

Kyle Lehman is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in recruiting and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Grindr since January 2025, Kyle previously held significant roles at Activision Blizzard Media as Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition and at Roblox in the same capacity, focusing on engineering talent. Prior to these positions, Kyle was a Recruiting Manager and later a Senior Recruiting Manager at Sonder Inc., overseeing global hiring for corporate and tech roles. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Lucas Group, where Kyle managed the HR division and led a team of executive recruiters, as well as recruitment positions at Maxim Healthcare Services and Google. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Auburn University.
