Gerald Lubbe

Gerald Lubbe is currently the Group Manager of Employee Relations at Grindrod South Africa. With over 25 years of experience in human resources and employment law, including significant roles in the South African Navy and Grindrod, Gerald has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, team leadership, and labour relations management. They have successfully represented organizations in national and international management forums and have a strong background in collective bargaining and dispute resolution. Gerald holds an MBA from Azaliah University and is pursuing further education in Labour Relations at the University of Pretoria.
