Khuthala Dladla

Khuthala Dladla has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Khuthala began their career at Blendcor (Shell & BP JV) in 1997, where they held multiple roles including Process Accountant, Banking & Treasury, and Stock Accountant. Khuthala then moved on to Imex International in 1999 as a Commodity Coordinator before joining Kynoch Feeds in 2000 as a Stock Controller. In 2001, Dladla worked at Cray Valley as a Cost Controller and later joined Toyota SA as an Assistant Management Accountant. From 2004 to 2010, they were a Finance Manager and Management Accountant at Shell. Following this, they worked as a Financial Accountant at SAPREF from 2010 to 2015. Currently, Dladla holds the position of CFO Carrier Logistics at Grindrod, starting in 2015.

Khuthala Dladla has a diverse education history spanning several years and fields of study. In 1994, they attended Durban University of Technology, where they obtained a National Diploma in Cost & Management Accounting. Following this, Khuthala pursued further education at the University of KwaZulu-Natal from 2005 to 2006, earning a BCOM Honours in Management Accounting. During the same period, they also enrolled in the WITS Business School's Executive Leadership Development Programme, focusing on Organizational Leadership.

Additionally, Khuthala has pursued certifications outside of their formal education. In May 2017, they obtained a certification titled "Influencer Interview: Oprah Winfrey" from LinkedIn. However, there is limited information available regarding their involvement with the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, as the start and end years for their BCOM Honours in Accounting (CTA) and Bachelor of Commerce - BCom degrees were not provided.
