Grindrod
Taurique Naicker is an experienced Operations Manager at Grindrod Terminals since February 2012, overseeing operations at Maydon Wharf. Naicker began with Grindrod as part of the GOLD (Graduate Opportunity & Leadership Development) program, initially assisting the Capital Projects Team with project management tasks and later focusing on enhancing terminal efficiencies within the Freight Services division. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate at Grindrod Mozambique Limitada in 2013. Educational qualifications include a degree in Generic Management from the Project Management Institute and a degree in Maritime Studies from Durban University of Technology. Taurique Naicker completed secondary education at Durban High School.
