Marcelo Conilho Abrantes

Marcelo Conilho Abrantes has a diverse work experience in software engineering. In 2018, they joined iFood as a Software Engineer, where they were involved in the development of a promotions platform that significantly impacted the company's growth. Marcelo made technical, architectural, and business decisions with the team to ensure scalability and performance. Prior to that, Marcelo worked at CI&T as a Java Software Developer, collaborating with I Heart Media on a complete solution using technologies like Kubernetes, Spring, and Amazon AWS. Marcelo also worked at Grupo GFT as a Java Software Developer, where they contributed to the development and maintenance of the Home Banking system for a major German bank. As a trainee at Grupo GFT, Marcelo was part of a team that developed an internal tool using Spring Framework and AngularJS. Currently, they are working as a Software Engineer at Gringo.
