Rafal Mroz

Rafal Mroz is a seasoned hardware and electronics engineer with extensive experience in hardware design, PCB design, and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Hardware Designer at GRINN since April 2023, Rafal specializes in system and device architecture. As a freelance engineer since March 2008, responsibilities have included device concept and system design, supplier selection, and electronics repair across various applications such as general lighting and automotive devices. Previously, Rafal held roles as a Senior Independent Electronics Engineer at Sonel, focusing on R&D for diagnostic and monitoring equipment, and as an Electronic Hardware Development Component Expert at WABCO, managing component changes and providing engineering support. Rafal holds a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Wrocław University of Science and Technology completed in 2011.
