Bernadine Douglas

Bernadine Douglas is an accomplished leader in institutional advancement with extensive experience in fundraising, alumni relations, and external relations across several higher education institutions. Currently serving as the Vice President of Development and Alumni Relations at Grinnell College, Bernadine previously held the position of Vice President for Institutional Advancement at Barry University, where strategic leadership contributed to significant fundraising and program development. At Berea College, Bernadine led a team overseeing a fundraising enterprise averaging over $40 million annually, while at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Bernadine managed a $70 million campaign, personally securing over $3 million. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida and a Master's in Business Administration from Webster University.
