Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Grinnell Mutual is responsible for steering the company towards its vision of "Trust in Tomorrow®." This team, comprised of senior executives including the President & CEO, and various Vice Presidents, oversees critical functions such as operations, finance, information systems, product development, claims, underwriting, reinsurance, audit, legal, and talent development. They work collaboratively to ensure the company's strategic initiatives align with its long-standing commitment to service and trusted relationships with clients.
