Senior Account Manager - Team Lead at Grip

Joe Hunter has a wide range of work experience in the events industry. Joe began their career in 2014 with The Ox Events as a Senior Event Manager and Marketing Manager. In 2016, they took on the role of Event Manager and Senior On-Site Financial Manager at Bar Nation, where they worked across many different music and food festivals around the UK. In 2018, they joined EventsTag as a Senior Account Manager, and then in 2020, they moved to Grip as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success. Throughout their career, Joe has worked with production companies, celebrities, and large venues.

Joe Hunter has a diverse educational background. Joe attended Shrewsbury School from 2007 to 2012, and then went on to Oxford Brookes University, where they graduated with a degree in International Business Management in 2016. In addition to their formal education, Joe has obtained several certifications, including a Customer Success Fundamentals certification from Sales Impact Academy in 2021, an Introduction to Coding with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript certification from International Open Academy in 2020, a Digital Marketing Diploma from New Skills Academy (part of BE-A Education Ltd) in 2020, and a Personal Alcohol Licence from Wrexham County Borough Council in 2016.
