Vojislav Dakic has been working in customer service since 2016. Vojislav began their career at Sitel as a Customer Support Specialist before joining Grip in 2022 as a Support Specialist.

Vojislav Dakic received a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Belgrade between 2012 and 2017. Vojislav also holds a Foundational Support certification from Zendesk, which they obtained in November 2022.
