Troy Hylton is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the manufacturing industry. As Vice-President of Global Engineering at NUCAP Industries Inc. since 1995, Troy has successfully managed a global team, leading initiatives in production capacity expansion, technology development, cost optimization, and continuous improvement while overseeing P&L and capital projects. Previously, Troy held the position of Director of the Research & Development Group, where oversight of R&D projects and product development was paramount, ensuring alignment with ISO standards and client expectations. Additionally, experience as an Engineering Manager and IT Manager at GRIP Metal Inc., along with mechanical engineering roles at Capital Tool & Design Ltd, contributes to a robust engineering background. Troy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
