Juliette Kayyem

CEO and Co Founder at Grip Mobility

Juliette Kayyem has a long and varied work experience. Juliette began their career in 2007 as the Undersecretary of Homeland Security for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In 2009, they joined the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as the Assistant Secretary for Intergovernmental Affairs. In 2011, they became a Columnist for the Boston Globe Media and a Belfer Lecturer in International Security for the Harvard Kennedy School. In 2013, they became a Security Analyst for CNN. In 2014, they founded Juliette Kayyem Solutions, LLC, one of the few female-owned security companies in the nation. In 2017, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of Zemcar. In 2019, they became the CEO and Co Founder of Gripmobility. In addition, from 2015 to 2016, they were the Host of the "Security Mom" and "The SCIF" podcasts for WGBH.

Juliette Kayyem graduated from Harvard Law School in 1995 with a Doctor of Law (J.D.). Juliette also attended Harvard University, graduating in 1991.
