Paul Altamura

Paul Altamura is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in strategic finance, digitalization, and advanced analytics. As Director of Finance Strategy and Digitalization at Novo Nordisk since September 2015, Paul leads initiatives to enhance the Finance & Supply Chain function while serving as Chief of Staff to the VP of Finance & Supply Chain. Demonstrating expertise in digital transformation, Paul has driven the SAP S/4 ERP system upgrade and overseen the establishment of data analytics teams. Prior roles at Novo Nordisk include leadership positions in Finance BI, International Operations, and project management within the CFO Executive Office. Additionally, Paul has recently served as a Product Advisor at Gripp and held product management roles at Nielsen and Affinnova, showcasing a strong foundation in market research and product strategy. Paul holds a Master’s Degree in International Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
