Jonatan Kutchinsky

Vice President, Cryogenic Electronics at Quantum Machines

Jonatan Kutchinsky is a highly experienced professional with a wealth of experience in the fields of software, medical devices, laboratory automation, microfluidics, and lab-on-a-chip systems. Jonatan began their career in 1997 as a Trainee at the NTT Basic Research Laboratories in Atsugi, Japan, where they worked on characterisation of various novel semiconductor transistors and devices. In 2001, they joined Sophion Bioscience A/S as a Research Scientist, eventually becoming VP, Development and Project Director, Development Director. In 2013, they founded Kutchinsky ApS, where they served as CEO and Co-founder. In 2014, they became CEO and Co-founder of SimpLight ApS, a team dedicated to finding technological solutions for improving sleep. In 2016, they were appointed CEO & Co-founder of QDevil, and in 2017 they became Co-founder of Sprinting Software. Most recently, in 2022 they were appointed General Manager, Quantum Electronics at Quantum Machines.

Jonatan Kutchinsky obtained their Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering and Physics from the Technical University of Denmark in 2001. In 2012, they completed the Pasteur Programme 2012 at Harvard Business School for Executive Education. Jonatan also obtained a cand.scient. (MSc) in Physics, Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Copenhagen in 1997. Additionally, they obtained a SAFe® 4 Certified Program Consultant certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2017.
