Prior to this, Shaun worked at Gripple Inc as Business Development Manager from June 2018 to November 2021, and held multiple roles at Fastenal from December 2005 to July 2015, including General Manager and Regional Safety Specialist. Shaun holds an Associate's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Bemidji State University.
