Jess Alvarado - Lepine

Jess Alvarado-Lepine has extensive experience in various roles focusing on fundraising, youth development through boardsports, and project management within the media and action sports industries. Currently serving as the Director of Membership at Grist, Jess is dedicated to using storytelling to drive change and inspire action towards a better world. Prior to this, Jess worked at Burton Snowboards and Public Outreach Fundraising, showcasing strong leadership and client relationship management skills. With a background in executive assistance at Ally Distribution, Jess also has experience in content distribution and client partnerships within the action sports industry.
