Since February 2015, Amanda has held multiple progressive roles at Griswold, culminating in the position of Sr. Director, Learning & Development. Prior experience includes serving as Store Manager at Aeropostale and Office Manager at Stortz & Associates, as well as Assistant Manager at American Eagle Outfitters. Amanda's educational background features a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, completed in August 2023, along with ongoing studies at Berks Technical Institute.
