Kelly DeFelice is currently the VP of Finance at Incremental and has been with Grit Capital Partners since January 2020, where the focus is on investing in extraordinary founders. Prior to these roles, Kelly held positions in sales operations at Tastemade, AOL, and Millennial Media. Kelly also worked as a financial analyst at JJ Haines and held roles in accounting at United Equity. Kelly holds an MBA in Finance from Mount St. Mary's University and a BS in International Business from the same institution.
