The Project Management team at Grit Construction oversees the planning, execution, and completion of renovation and new construction projects. Team members coordinate scheduling, manage budgets, ensure quality control, and serve as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.
