Arild Dregelid

Arild Dregelid is an experienced leader in public services and defense, currently serving as Partner and Head of Public Services at Gritera since August 2020. Prior to this role, Arild held the position of Program Director at Sykehuspartner HF from May 2018 to July 2020, and was a Brigadier General and Program Director in the Norwegian Armed Forces from September 2005 to April 2018, where Arild led the LOS Program to develop ERP systems for enhanced operational capabilities. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief of Staff at the Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation and various roles within the Norwegian Defence Staff, demonstrating a strong background in operations, management, and strategic leadership. Arild's educational credentials include a Master of Arts in International Security and Strategy from King's College London and extensive military training across several esteemed institutions.
