Laura Graves

Laura Graves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, consulting, and partner enablement. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Product at Gritmind, Laura specializes in custom software development and AI readiness. Previous roles include Head of Solutions Engineering & Partner Enablement at Recharge, where significant revenue growth and partner engagement strategies were achieved, and Managing Director at Devbridge, where P&L ownership and client digital transformation initiatives were a focus. Additional experience encompasses various leadership positions across organizations such as Cognizant, Backstop Solutions Group, and Celergo LLC, as well as early career work as a public school teacher in Spain. Laura holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from Northwestern University and has pursued further education at multiple institutions in Chile and the Czech Republic.
