Garry Yaohari has been in the workforce since 2010, beginning with an internship at Leo Burnett. Garry then moved to Leo Burnett Group Indonesia in 2011, where they held the roles of Account Executive and Senior Account Executive. In 2014, they moved to Mullen Lowe Group as a Senior Account Executive. From 2015 to 2019, they were self-employed as a Freelance Sourcing Manager. Currently, they are a Campaign Lead at Grivy, connecting brands with mobile first consumers and specializing in big data analytics and consumer insights.

Garry Yaohari has a diverse educational background. Garry obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Jinan University in 2018, studying Business Administration and Management, General. From 2009 to 2010, they attended 95% The Advertising Academy to study Advertising. Garry also obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology between 2007 and 2011, studying Professional Design. In 2016 and 2017, they attended South China Normal University to study Chinese Language. Additionally, they obtained The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing certification from Google in July 2020.
