Rene Ers is an experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in construction and quality assurance, currently serving at GRK since August 2019, overseeing HSEQ and site quality assurance in the road and railway sector. Previously, Rene worked at AS Maru Ehitus from 2017 to July 2019, leading quality and occupational health and safety for the Hanhikivi-1 NPP project, and held a role as Quality Engineer at Interconnect Product Assembly AS from November 2015 to January 2017, focusing on production quality in the energy, infrastructure, and railway industries. Early career experience includes serving as Junior Quality and EHS at Alteams Oy, working on product quality assurance in the telecommunication industry. Rene is currently pursuing an MSc in Digital Transformations in Business at TalTech and has completed a degree in Quality Management at TalTech, along with a degree from the Estonian Maritime Academy.
