Charalampos Vassiliou is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in digital governance, strategy, and innovation. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Planning & Coordination Unit at GRNET, Charalampos manages strategic planning initiatives while advising the Hellenic Ministry of Digital Governance on digital transformation. In addition, Charalampos holds multiple roles, including Digital Transformation Advisor for the Hellenic Ministry of Digital Governance, Digital Health Advisor for the Greek Ministry of Health, and TAIEX Expert for the European Commission. With a strong educational background comprising a Master's degree from the University of Oxford and ongoing doctoral studies at Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon, Charalampos also contributes to the fields of sustainable economy and digital strategy development through various advisory positions and consultancy roles.
