John Korakis possesses extensive experience in network engineering, currently serving as the Head of GR-IX at GRNET - Greek Research & Technology Network since July 2018. Prior to this role, John has held network engineer positions at various companies including Telnyx, Three Ireland, Amazon, ATS, and GDB SA, beginning in 2007. Additionally, John worked as a Technical Instructor for the Cisco Networking Academy Program at INTERLEI and operated as a freelancer, showcasing a diverse skill set in the field of networking and technology.
