The Department Heads team at GRNET oversees and coordinates key operational and strategic functions within the organization. Each member is responsible for managing their respective units, ensuring efficient procurement processes, operation and expansion of the Greek Internet Exchange, strategic planning and coordination of digital governance initiatives, infrastructure development, marketing and communications, fostering openness and co-creation in digital government projects, and overseeing human resources management. This team plays a crucial role in aligning GRNET's services and projects with its mission to provide advanced networking and cloud computing solutions to various academic, research, and public institutions.
