Karen Sielski

Karen Sielski currently serves as the Marketing Director at Grocapitus Investments, where involvement began as one of the first three individuals selected by the Founder and CEO to help establish the company. Sielski designed and implemented a marketing automation infrastructure that has successfully generated over one hundred thousand leads and facilitated the raising of over $275 million in equity. In addition to the role at Grocapitus, Sielski has been a Marketing Architect at Level 10 Creative since April 2008, focusing on developing impactful online marketing strategies and effective web designs to enhance client business growth. Previous professional experience includes positions in engineering management at Intuit, Group 1 Software, and Deploy Solutions, along with software engineering roles at MIPS Computer Systems and Sun Microsystems. Karen holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Mathematical Sciences from The Johns Hopkins University.
