Eric Defrancisco

Eric DeFrancisco is an experienced executive with a demonstrated history in sales, merchandising, and operations management across the retail and food service industries. Currently serving as Vice President Sales-Merchandising & General Manager (East) at Grocery Outlet since December 2020, previous roles include Executive Vice President at Campbell Oil Company and Vice President Operations at 7-Eleven, where P&L responsibility was held for $1.3 billion in merchandise revenue. Eric has also held various leadership positions at RTM Restaurant Group and Arby's, as well as gaining valuable experience as an Infantry Officer in the US Army, leading troops in combat. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Texas A&M University.
