Rita Hoch

Rita Hoch is an accomplished internal audit professional with extensive experience in leading audit functions and enterprise risk management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Internal Audit and Senior Director of Corporate Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk at Grocery Outlet since August 2019, Rita played a pivotal role in establishing the Internal Audit function and SOX program during the company's IPO. Previously, as Senior Director of Internal Audit at Gap, Inc., Rita provided strategic leadership in financial and operational audits and participated in annual risk assessments. Rita also held a Senior Manager position at Deloitte, where strategic management of teams and projects was paramount, and served as a Senior Internal Auditor/Fraud Analyst at Providian Financial, where comprehensive audits were conducted. Rita holds a BS in Finance with a minor in Economics from San José State University and a BS in Business from California State University, Long Beach.
