Haidee Elise MBA is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity, inclusion, and engagement within the corporate sector. Currently serving as the Head of Diversity & Inclusion in the Grocery Programme at GroceryAid since September 2022, Haidee previously held various leadership roles at IGD from June 2012 to September 2022, including Head of Engagement and Innovation Projects, Head of L&D Programmes, and Programme Manager. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Account Manager at The Marketing Store and Account Manager at The Big Kick, along with a foundation in freelance design and project management. Haidee holds an MBA from the University of the Arts London and a BA in Design Studies from London Guildhall University, complemented by earlier qualifications in graphic design and academic achievements from Wrekin College and St Dominic's School.
