In Brisbane we’ve recently completed 480 Queen Street and our projects on the Gold Coast include Oracle apartments and the currently under construction Parklands Project which will be the home for the Athletes during the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.

This department oversees financial planning, budgeting, and overall financial management for the organization.

Finance Management

The Project Management Team at Grocon oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from conception to completion. Comprised of the Construction Coordinator, Facade Coordinator, Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Executive Project Manager, the team ensures that projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. They collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver complex, skyline-defining developments that prioritize safety, sustainability, and innovation, while making a positive impact on the communities in which Grocon operates.
