Robbie Parrish

Robbie Parrish has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Robbie started their career in 2005 as an Operations Manager in the United States Marine Corps, where they managed motor transport operations and supervised a team of 36 employees. Robbie also served as an Operations and Maintenance Manager, overseeing pre-deployment training and deployment of marines to Operation Iraqi Freedom. Robbie then progressed to the role of Company Gunnery Sergeant, where they conducted training and provided HR advice to over 200 employees.

In 2014, Robbie transitioned to the private sector and joined Groendyke Transport. Robbie began as a Regional Operations Coordinator before being promoted to Assistant Terminal Manager, where they were responsible for managing a full-service bulk refined and chemical terminal. Robbie recruited and retained a 24-hour operational staff of 120 and provided leadership oversight for staff performance. Robbie then advanced to the role of Terminal Manager, where they continued to maintain safety and environmental compliance, and led a larger team of 120 employees.

Most recently, Robbie held the position of Refined Planning Center Director at Groendyke Transport, where they were in charge of a team of 36 individuals. Robbie maintained excellent communication and customer service standards to ensure uninterrupted refined petroleum deliveries for numerous multimillion-dollar customers.

Throughout their career, Robbie has demonstrated strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Robbie Parrish attended American Public University System from 2016 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Transportation and Logistics Management. Prior to that, in 2003, Robbie briefly attended the University of Phoenix, focusing on Transportation/Mobility Management, but did not complete a degree at that time.
