Bert Grugeon

Bert Grugeon serves as General Manager at Van Roey Vastgoed since January 2016 and is the Owner of Luma Real Estate since February 2012. Prior roles include Directeur Complexe Projecten at Matexi from April 2012 to December 2015, where responsibilities included managing complex real estate projects and portfolio management, along with positions as Regiodirecteur Wilma. Bert was also a bestuurder at Kanaalkom NV (Quartier Bleu) from August 2013 to December 2015, contributing to an urban development project, and has extensive experience as Project Director and Project Developer at AG Real Estate from April 2004 to April 2012, as well as at Cei-De Meyer and Van Roey nv. Bert Grugeon holds a Master in Real Estate from Antwerp Management School, a degree in Real Estate from KU Leuven, and an engineering degree from LUCA School of Arts.
