Bart Giezen

Bart Giezen currently serves as a member of the board and treasurer at the Groninger Museum Salon since April 2024. In addition to this role, Bart has been working part-time as a Privacy Officer since February 2016, alongside a full-time position as Senior Relationship Manager at Optimix Vermogensbeheer. Previous experience includes serving as treasurer for the Commercieel Club Groningen from April 2018 to April 2023, and holding the position of Regional Director for Staalbankiers from May 2003 to January 2016, where Bart was responsible for regional representation, lead generation, team coaching, and marketing management. Bart began a career in banking as a Senior Private Banker at Friesland Bank and held a position at Deloitte Nederland. Educational achievements include a Master of Financial Planning from the University of Amsterdam and degrees in tax law and economics from Hanze University.
