As Project Manager with over 25 years experience in the construction industry Ed is an essential Groom Construction team member. He has international experience and has worked with major clients such as Target, Kohls, Best Buy, Linens and Things, Menards, TD Bank, Office Depot, Staples, JoAnn Fabrics, Tops Grocery Stores and multiple strip malls. Ed’s Responsibilities include managing all phases of projects including sub invites, qualifying, budget management, sub contract agreements, cost controls and setting up/managing schedules to include logistics. Ed is team driven with exceptional standards for delivering an exceptional product to the customer.
