Dante Newman

Dante Newman is an experienced engineer currently serving as a Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, focusing on alternating current machine design through additive manufacturing techniques, while also supporting various electrical engineering projects. Concurrently, Dante holds the position of Mechanical Project Engineer/Manager at Aegis Energy, EDF Group, where responsibilities include the management and optimization of combined heat and power systems and collaboration with sales on contracts exceeding $1 million. Previous experience includes roles as a Teaching Assistant and Engineering Peer Mentor at the University of Vermont, a Summer Intern at Pratt & Whitney for military aircraft engine repairs, and roles in construction and environmental services.
