Joshua Cayo, MBA

Joshua Cayo's work experience begins in 2010 as a Technical Support Representative at Inforonics, where they provided technical assistance to customers. In 2011, they became a District Manager at Amcomm Wireless, overseeing store sales and customer service. From 2003 to 2013, Cayo held various positions at Boston Minuteman Council, BSA, including Shooting Sports Director and Program Director. In 2014, they joined Dalkia Aegis, EDF Group as a Remote Services Manager, responsible for managing remote networks and field evaluations. In 2018, Cayo took on roles as an Information Technology Business Consultant at both DK Energy US LLC and Dalkia Energy Solutions. Additionally, they worked as an IT Consultant for a self-owned firm, providing consulting services to clients from 2018. In 2019, Cayo became the Manager of Information Technology at Dalkia Aegis, EDF Group, overseeing technology infrastructure and efficiency projects. Joshua currently holds the position of DEI Co-Chair at the same company.

Joshua Cayo, MBA, has a diverse education history. Joshua completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Fitchburg State University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Technology and Electronics Engineering from the same university, attending from 2010 to 2013. Joshua also holds an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Electronics Engineering Technology, which they obtained from Springfield Technical Community College between 2007 and 2009.

In addition to their formal degrees, Joshua has obtained various certifications. Joshua became a Professional Collaboration Engineer through the Google Cloud Platform Certified program in March 2020. Before that, in May 2019, they became Google Cloud Certified in G Suite. Among their other certifications are DMARC Fundamentals and Deploying DMARC from dmarcian (obtained in May 2023), Ubiquiti Broadband Wireless Admin (UBWA) from Ubiquiti Inc. (obtained in August 2022), and Jamf Certified Associate Exam - English from Jamf (obtained in June 2022). Furthermore, Joshua obtained several certifications related to networking and technical skills, such as G Suite: Integrations, GCP Essentials, and G Suite Administrator Fundamentals. Joshua also holds multiple certifications from Ubiquiti Networks, including Ubiquiti Broadband Routing & Switching Admin (UBRSA) in June 2019, Ubiquiti Broadband Routing & Switching Specialist (UBRSS) in August 2017, and Ubiquiti Enterprise Wireless Admin (UEWA) in August 2017. Finally, Joshua has certifications in areas like electrical safety, IT essentials, and OSHA construction safety and health.
