Holly Baker

Holly Baker, MBA, serves as Vice President of Project Management and Regional Vice President at Groome Transportation since October 2015, where responsibilities include starting up new businesses and managing initiatives. Previously, Holly was the Director of Safety and Compliance, effectively implementing safety policies and conducting employee training, resulting in the safest year on record in 2016. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Manager at Arizona Shuttle, overseeing an $8 million budget and achieving significant sales growth, and as Area Manager at Flagstaff Express. Holly holds an MBA in Financial Management from Marist College and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from the University of Dayton.
